I'm Mike, and I write and publish this Blog, which is about law, technology, and everything else concerning ediscovery.
As a litigation attorney, I have worked on discovery, law and motion, and trial matters in a broad range of cases, primarily on behalf of corporate clients, at top law firms. I have also served as in-house counsel to a multi-billion dollar company, where I focused on employment issues.
My current practice involves discovery matters in internal and governmental investigations and complex class action lawsuits concerning securities fraud, patent infringement, antitrust violations, and products liability claims.
I graduated from the University of Rochester with a B.A. and from the University of San Francisco School of Law with a J.D. During law school, I externed at the U.S. Attorney's Office, and after law school, I clerked at the Supreme Court of Hawaii.
